Have questions about sauna and contrast therapy in Edmonton? Here are answers to help you plan your visit.
What should I bring?
A swimsuit, a large water bottle, and a towel. We supply footwear during the experience as well as a sweat rag (small towel) and a robe. All is left in bins at the end of the experience.
Guests are asked to keep valuables in their vehicles (parking on site will be safe and in view). We provide baskets for clothes and personal items that can be left in the changeroom building, at owner’s discretion.
Is prior experience needed?
Not at all. Our on-site host is available to answer any questions you might have and provide you with a gentle introduction to this beginner-friendly contrast therapy. This is a welcoming, low-pressure space. You control your own pace and immersion.
Can I just walk in?
To maintain a tranquil experience and ensure space, we operate primarily on a pre-booked basis. Limited walk-in spots may be available, but booking ahead is guaranteed.
