Finding Your Rhythm: A Quick Guide
Getting Settled
Parking is easy on-site. After check-in, our heated changeroom is your first stop to get ready.
The Basic Cycle
A great way to start is by moving between three simple steps at your own pace:
1. Heat (10-15 min): Relax in the wood-fired cedar sauna.
2. Cold (1-3 min): Try the invigorating plunge.
3. Rest (5-15 min): Warm up by the firepit and rehydrate.
Remember, you can adjust this cycle. Starting with the cold or just enjoying the sauna is perfectly fine.
The Vibe
The sauna is for quiet reflection. Feel free to have a quiet chat with others on the deck or get real chatty in the gazebo lounge - it's a welcoming, low-pressure space.
